THIS PERMIT IS ISSUED ON THE BASIS OF INFORMATION FURNISHED IN THIS APPLICATION AND ON ANY SUBMITTED PLANS, AND IS SUBJECT TO THE PROVISIONS AND REQUIREMENTS OF THE CITY OF ROCKWALL CODE OF ORDINANCES AND ANY OTHER APPLICABLE ORDINANCE. THIS PERMIT IS ISSUED ONLY FOR THE PURPOSE OF ALLOWING CONSTRUCTION OF A BUILDING OR STRUCTURE CONFORMING TO THE CODES AND ORDINANCES OF THE CITY, REGARDLESS OF INFORMATION AND/OR PLANS SUBMITTED.
SCOPE OF PERMIT
FOR NEW BUILDINGS AND FOR ADDITIONS TO EXISTING BUILDINGS, THIS PERMIT AUTHORIZES ALL STRUCTURAL, PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL, MECHANICAL, WORK TO BE PERFORMED IN THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE BUILDING OR STRUCTURE AT THIS ADDRESS, IF DONE AT THE SAME TIME OF INITIAL CONSTRUCTION. NO SEPARATE SUBCONTRACTOR PERMITS ARE NEEDED FOR THOSE TRADES. HOWEVER, THE PERMIT HOLDER IS REQUIRED TO USE ONLY SUBCONTRACTORS LICENSES, REGISTERED, OR BONDED BY THE CITY OF ROCKWALL WHERE SUCH REQUIREMENT IS APPLICABLE. IF THIS PERMIT IS OBTAINED FOR WORK OTHER THAN NEW BUILDINGS AND ADDITIONS, SEPARATE PERMITS MUST BE OBTAINED BY ALL SUBCONTRACTORS.

______  1) Hold down straps are required at the garage- fastened to the foundation with an uplift capacity of not less than 4,200 pounds. 2) No gas test. 3) Test master shower pan. 4) Replace damaged romex in right front bedroom. (cut in wall) 5) Electrical out of wall at bottom plate in media room. 6) Properly secure romex in fireplace chase. 7) HVAC outside air intake must be min 10’ horizontally from gas meter. 8) Install nipple for electrical service and install nail gaurds as needed.

______  1) Clean all trash and construction debris from rear and left adjacent lots. 2) Clean mud and debris fro culvert pipe, 3) Locate water meter, water service valve and city cleanout. 4) Caulk brick expansion joints. 5) Cut T&P drain Min. 6” above grade at water heater on right side. 6) Install light fixture in attic above garage near attic access. 7) Close up opening in catwalk to unit above garage.
